Terms of payment

The payment is set in 5 instalments as follows:

1st instalment - 20 % of the price is due with the signing of the preliminary contract for sale

2nd instalment – 25% of the price in 5 months after signing of the preliminary contract

3rd instalment - 30 % of the price in 3 months after the second instalment

4th instalment – 15% of the price in 3 months after the third instalment

5th instalment – 10% of the price is due with the transfer of ownership

After receiving your 1st instalment, the chosen house will be stopped immediately from the market and reserved for you.
