The complex is built with special construction materials that are perfectly suitable for the local climate. These include:

• Sewerage project of the reconstruction and changes in the water supply – price 2000 EUR.
• Equipment of the kitchenette including: materials - laminated wood, wall mounted storage cupboards, low level storage cupboards, integrated fridge, ceramic worktops 2 plates, sink with mixer tap over, table, microwave oven, aspirator - price 2000 EUR.

Payment plan A

• Deposit of 2000 EUR to confirm reservation
• The payment plans are to be negotiated.

Payment plan B - 5% discount from the price

• Deposit of 2000 EUR to confirm reservation.
• 90% from the price- on the signing of the Preliminary contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 30 days from the reservation.
• 10% from the price- at title deeds signing and handing over the keys of the apartment;

In addition

There will be on-site management in “Villa Levante” to ensure the maintenance of high standards. The annual fee is 350 EUR and will cover maintenance of the communal and green areas and security.

There will be 24 Hours Service on the Front Desk by English Speaking Staff.
