LOCATION
The holiday apartment complex is located 32 km from Burgas and 96 km from Varna - the two major cities on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. Both cities have international airports. There are numerous regular and charter flights from UK, Ireland, Germany and Scandinavia. There is a good road connection to both cities. The design of a modern highway, part of the national highway ring is underway. Bulgarian Black Sea Coast has a warm and dry summer (average 24 degrees centigrade) and a mild winter (average 4 degrees centigrade). The resort area of Sunny Beach – St.Vlas is located on the Black Sea Coast where the Balkan mountain meets the sea.

AREAS
The project will be developed on a plot of 7 000 sq. m. There are four buildings with gross built-up area of 11 000 sq. m. and 44 underground garages. The area of the units is from 35 to 110 sq.m and almost all have a view to the sea. A 2-storey service building is located among the apartment buildings. It features a panorama restaurant on the top level, a swimming pool with a bar right in front, a gym on the underground level.
