The vacation complex APOLLONIA BEACH - Kavatsite is situated about 2 km south-east of the centre of Sozopol, one of the most romantic towns on the Black Sea coast. The distance to Bourgas International Airport is 40 km, reached by a four-lane highway. Sozopol is one of the biggest tourist centres in Bulgaria, with beautiful traditional architecture. The town is renowned for its long and rich history.

 

  • One of its most remarkable features is the mix of mountain, sea and plain – and all this close to the beach, only 50 metres away.
  • It’s only about a half-hour’s drive by four-lane highway to Burgas International Airport.
  • The development is distinguished by its low-rise building and extensive green areas. It comprises six separate buildings of different surface areas and capacities.
  • Every part of the complex is designed to offer comfort and convenience to visitors, with a swimming pool, 24-hour security, car park, restaurant and children’s playground.

     

    All the dwellings are constructed according to European quality standards, and are finished as follows:

    Furnishing: Kitchens are fitted with refrigerator, built-in oven , cooker hood , kitchen cupboards, table and chairs. T here is upholstered furniture consisting of a three-seated sofa-bed, armchairs and a small table i n the living room , two separated beds or one whole bedroom-suite (chosen by the client), night-tables, a dressing table and a wardrobe f or the bedroom. The furnishing includes also air-conditioning (heat/cool) in each room. There is an option to buy an apartment without furniture.
