Holiday Settlement "Kapriz"

Holiday Settlement “Kapriz”is placed on 10000 m2 on the first line just 30 meters from the shore, in the best part of the south seaside. There is a unique nature combining beautiful beaches and virgin pine and oak forest in Strandja Mountain. Town Bourgas is only 50 km. away, where there is situated the international airport. The ancient town Sozopol is only 22 km. away. There are the most interesting archeological finds on the Balkan Peninsula.
Six kilometers away from the holiday settlement “Kapriz” is situated town Primorsko. There is the International Youth Center with Yacht club, bowling, water-ski, etc.

It is important to notice that all the apartments have a view towards the sea. In the holiday settlement there are 9 villas. All of them have steel concrete construction, hydro-heat and noise isolation and the villas are covered with natural stones. There is also a swimming pool for adults and one for children, children’s park, restaurant, bar, building for the manager, security, parks and a parking. There is a maintenance staff during the whole year.

In each villa, there are apartments between 70 m2 and 125 m2. The floors of the flats are covered with terracotta and the bathrooms are very modern. Each client can receive an individual project for the inner interior, even and for the kitchens.
