Apollo complex is located on a total area of 4489 square meters in Budzhaka Countryside on the land of the town of Sozopol. It consists of two parts, Appolo-1 and Apollo-2, situated next to each other.
The complex is only 50 meters away from the seacoast and commands a magnificent view towards the big Burgas Bay and the town of Sozopol. No existing or planned buildings obstruct the view towards the sea. All levels of the buildings, including the first floor, look out on the beautiful panorama.
The construction of the Apollo complex is executed by stages, as up to this moment only Apollo-1, comprising groups of summerhouses 1, 2, 3, and 4, with all-out built-up area of about 1700 square meters, on a total area of 1959 square meters, is entirely built and in operation.
Apollo-1 consist of 27 studios and apartments, a 75-square meter swimming pool, 15 open parking places, a shop, a playground, road and pavment covering, areas of greenery, fence around the complex and others. Groups 3 and 4 of the summer-houses are in process of selling and toward there are only seven apartments available.
The construction of Apollo-2 starts on December 1, 2005. On an area of 2530 square meters will be built groups of summerhouses 5 and 6, with all-out built-up area of about 1500 square meters and group of summerhouses 7, with all-out built-up area of about 400 square meters.
Apollo-2 consist of28 studios and apartments, a restaurant, a tourist office, two swimming pools, a playground, 9 covered garages, 16 open parking places, road and pavement covering, areas of greenery, a fence and others.
Groups 5 and 6, comprising 22 studios and apartments are in process of selling and towards December 15, 2005 there are only 19 apartments available. The complex is completely finished by December 31, 2006.
