The holiday village “Sunny Home” is already built and is situated in a quiet and peaceful position on the Southwest side of the most popular and largest seaside resort in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach and is approximately 1/2 mile from the main centre.

This is a small select development consisting of 30 flats arranged in a superb complex with a swimming pool, children’s play area, 24 hour security and a private parking bay which offers a feeling of comfort, seclusion and safety.

The flats are being finished to a high standard and the owners have the choice of their own internal arrangements. City Commerce could arrange a wide range of supplementary services for you in order to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Note: All internal decoration of the apartments including furnishing of the rooms will be finished by client’s preferences. Each client will be able to choose from a catalogue after the rough construction is finished.

The owners of apartments in “Sunny Home” complex pay a one-year fee of 5€ per m2 (price does not include VAT)
