The project of health resort building–apartment type has been developed in the fastest growing resort centres at the south Bulgarian Black Sea- Sozopol.
Situated only 34 km (21.3 miles) south of Burgas on a rocky peninsula, Sozopol is easy accessible from Burgas. The town is famous with its autumn festival of the arts and culture ‘Apolonia’. The old, authentic houses and narrow stone streets radiate romantic atmosphere and are used as original sets of the program.
Every year the unique coastal line is attracting many tourists with its variety of gulfs, capes, small peninsulas and islands. Priorities of Sozopol and surrounding territory are the extremely rich and generous flora and fauna, sand dunes and approved reputation of a health resort centre.
The plot is situated in region called ‘Budjaka’, right on the beach and has marvellous view towards the town and the sea.
The apartments are distinctive with their unique interior design and modern equipment. The main tourists’ entertainment is located on ground and basement levels.
