Villas (country house village) in the modern part of Sozopol located 30 meters from the ‘Harmanite’ beach.
On the entire area of 2 decares are situated four independent villa type buildings, each of them containing three floors with 6 apartments. Every apartment has a view towards the sea.
The apartments on the first floor are with one bedroom each and on the second and third floor with two bedrooms.
They are offered entirely completed with as follows:
- terracotta flooring;

Completion date is estimated for March 2007.

Payment Plan:

50% during signing the preliminary contract;
40% after completion of the buildings;
10% when signing the Notary Deed.

The price includes ideal parts with the regulated parking space and public area.
