The building is facing east and many of the apartments enjoy a beautiful sea view. Sunny Gardens consists of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, 41 in total.

Payment Plan

· Management Maintenance is 8 EURO per sq.m and is paid once a year

· Apartments are delivered on finished basis internally with air conditioning units included
