Casa Noeva

The Casa Noeva holiday village is situated in Ravda - a cosy seaside village, between the towns of Bourgas and Nessebar, only 5km away from the famous resort Sunny Beach. There are several bays that extend as far as Nessebar. The fine golden sand is ecologically clean. There is possibility for practicing various sea sports.
The main road is 1km away. There are no big towns or factories in the area. Ravda can boast of amazingly fresh air conducive to a calm family vacation. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops and discos.
The constant bus line provides connection to other resorts in the area – to Bourgas every 30 minutes, to Sunny Beach and Nessebar every 20 minutes.


About the building

The building is a monolithic, steel-concrete construction. Walls are brick-built with thermal insulation meeting the highest standard. The facades are plastered with silicate water- and heat-resistant coat and equipped with PVC profiles with thermal resistance. The inner walls are masonry-built.
There is a swimming pool in the inner part of the yard among plentiful greenery, also14 covered and 10 open parking lots.
