The apartments are located in identical three-storey houses. Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped and consists of two rooms – a dining room with a kitchen area and a bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Each apartment is air-conditioned and provided with cable TV and internet connection. The apartments can be adapted to accommodate a family of four. Apartment owners will be given the opportunity to rent out their apartments with a guaranteed excellent property management.
