Payment Plan:
The apartments are offered according to the following payment plan:

· 50% of the total price on signing the Primarily Contract
· 30% of the total price one month after signing the contract

Property Maintenance:
The future owners of the apartments should pay an annual maintenance fee of 6 Euro per sq. m. that would cover the costs for:
