The Veda Lodge apartment building is located in the most attractive part of the Bansko winter resort, about 300 meters away from the cable-car station. It is designed in the architectural tradition of this historical Bulgarian town and at the same time offers all modern conveniences.

Bansko is an ancient Southwestern Bulgarian town, with a rich history and unique architecture. It has about 10 000 inhabitants. The resort ( 925 m above sea level ) is situated in the foothills of Pirin Mountain ( 2914 m ). One of the most famous winter resorts, with many runs, suitable for skiing and other extreme sports. The mountain is covered in snow till mid-May. Bansko offers excellent conditions for recreation and tourism during the summer as well.

Apartment complex "Veda-Lodge" is situated at the central part of the town of Bansko, Raina Kniaginia str. and it is in 7 minutes walking range from the cabin lift.

The total build-up area of the Veda Lodge is 1576 m2 – four floors and a mansard.

Veda Lodge is a building of 38 apartments,varying in size and disposition. It is equipped with a gym, rental shop, parking. At the back of the yard there is parking space for 14 automobiles. The entrance of the building is at the south side facing the street. The building construction is ferro-concrete. The external walls are brick-layered using hollowed bricks size 25 santimeteres. The internal walls are brick-layerd using single hollowed bricks and are plastered up with slaked lime. The whole buildnig is covered outside with 5 santimeters insulation Rockwool Facade Slab. The ground floor's walls and parts of the other external walls are covered with local made hewn stone. PVC window frames are used. Rockwool insulation materials are used for the roof isolation.Floor heat-insulation is also applied where needed. The building is constructed using the latest technolgy and materials. The architect outlook was created considering the local architecture style and tradition of the town of Bansko.
