Luxor Apartment House

Luxor Apartment House is located between the northern part of Sunny Beach and the village of St.Vlas , very close to the ancient town of Nessebar which is under the UNESKO protection. The residential complex is 38 km away from Bourgas, the fourth largest Bulgarian city and only 30 km from the international airport in Sarafovo. The complex is spread on an area of 9638.79 sq.m. and consists of three sections all of them comprising 128 apartments of different square surfaces, views and dispositions. Two of the sections will be four storey buildings and the third one will be five storey one. Luxor Apartment House is located only 250m.from the beach and offers all modern amenities required for an unforgettable and marvelous vacation: outdoor swimming pool with children’s section and a playground, lots of gardens decorated with green bushes, a parking lot, a pool bar, a restaurant and a small market centre.
