Holiday Complex Laguna II is located 250m from the beach of Sunny Beach and 500m from the centre of the resort. It includes residential building and hotel, swimming pool with children’s section, parking lot. The complex will be completed by the end of June 2007 and will offer the following facilities:

The hotel part will be completed by June 2007. It consists of apartments of different size and disposition, providing modern conveniences for the tourists. The complex will be of closed type with park places and 24/7 security guard, swimming pool with chaise longues offering privacy and peace to the guests of "LAGUNA" .

Maintenance fee is 7.2 €/sq.m.
