The “Keys to the Sea” holiday building offers luxurious style and incredible view to the sea. The complex is 10 m from the clear warm water of the Black sea.

You can choose from 106 exclusive units: 

· 106 one, two and three bedroom units
·  completely finished 
·  First line – the sea can be seen from most apartments 

Service charges – estimated at 6,50 EUR/sq.m (without VAT) per annum
In the tax is included:
·  24/7 reception
·  24/7 security
·  Maintenance of the Interior/Exterior:
- elevators;
- garden maintenance
- light and heat/cold of the stairs and corridors
- Reserve fond of the building

The services are to be run by a property management company. Other than the standard services noted above, the Property management company will be able to offer and additional services as for example paying the unit’s electricity and water, if the owner desires such a service.
