“Green View” is a new complex of houses situated just outside the village of Rosen, within a distance of 3 km from the sea, 14 km from the second largest seaside town Bourgas and 15 km from the ancient town of Sozopol. The village of Rosen is located in the depths of the Strandja mountain, near the Rosenska river. The combination of mountain and water reservoirs allows practicing of hunting and fishing, while the proximity of the tourist centre Bourgas provides access to a variety of activities and services.

The house settlement “Green View” consists of one and two storey houses with a built-up area of:

The houses will be built with construction with a reinforced concrete structure
and brick walls protected by insulation layers and a mineral plaster and stone.
